How to Use the Learning Portal

Go to your Student Dashboard. Your current course will be listed
with all modules visible. Click any module to see the lessons inside it.
Lessons are in order, so just start at the top and work your way down.

It depends on the lesson type. For videos, check the Mark Complete
box in the progress bar on the right side after the timer runs out. For
quizzes and worksheets, submit your assignment and pass it. For
live sessions, attendance is taken automatically from the video
conference. Your progress updates on its own as you go.

You can find live session links in two places: the
Live Sessions tab on your dashboard, or inside the lesson for that
week’s session. Click the Zoom link at the scheduled time. If you miss a
session, the recording will be posted in the same lesson within 24 hours.

Your dashboard shows a progress bar for your course. Each lesson you
finish updates it automatically.

Click your name or avatar in the top right corner, or go to
Settings in the left side menu. From there you can update your
email, name, and contact info. Make sure your name is spelled correctly
and capitalized properly. Your certificates will print exactly what’s in
your profile.

sidebar of any lesson page. Include what page you’re on and what’s
happening. We usually respond within one business day.

Life happens. If you miss sessions or fall behind on lessons, reach out to
your cohort lead. We’ll work with you to get caught up. Progress
never disappears, so you can always pick up where you left off.
