About This Program
Safe Haven provides stable, supportive housing for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Our program combines safe living environments with comprehensive support services to help residents build the foundation for long-term recovery.
Program Features
- Furnished private and shared rooms
- 24/7 peer support staff on-site
- Weekly group counseling sessions
- Life skills workshops (budgeting, cooking, job readiness)
- Connection to employment and education resources
- Maximum 12-month stay with transition planning
Admission Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have completed a detox or inpatient program, and demonstrate commitment to recovery. A brief phone screening is required before in-person assessment.
Eligibility
Adults 18+ in recovery. Must have completed detox/inpatient treatment.
Hours
Office: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Intake by appointment.
