The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator to build and manage our volunteer program and expand community partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and nonprofit work.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, train, and retain a team of 50+ volunteers
  • Organize community health fairs and outreach events
  • Manage volunteer scheduling and recognition programs
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Create marketing materials for community engagement
  • Track volunteer hours and program impact data
Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years experience in volunteer management or community outreach. Strong communication and organizational skills.
